Our items primarily originate in Eastern and Western Europe.
Where do you deliver and ship?
Domestic: We offer FREE DELIVERY within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO addresses) for orders over $59 . We also offer Local Delivery within a 7-mile radius of the 19116 ZIP code in Philadelphia, PA. A flat delivery fee of $10 will be applied to your order.
International: We offer shipping to more than 40 countries. See shipping choices by carrier at a check-out. International orders do not include duties and taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. Please note, the responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international orders rests solely with the customer.
What is your return policy?
You have one (1) week or 7 days from the date of delivery to return the order.
The products can only be returned in the ORIGINAL UNOPENED packaging and with the documents that came with the parcel within 1 (one) week.
